Job summary

Signify Nederland is seeking a Head of Group FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management across multinational operations. You will lead a finance team, deliver comprehensive management reporting, and provide strategic insights to the Board and senior leadership.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics, 6–10 years of finance experience, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 6–10 years of finance experience in multinational or complex matrix structures.
• Excellent communication with senior global stakeholders.
• Strong leadership with influence without authority.
• Strong analytical capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting; consolidate financial submissions from Signify’s businesses and functions.
• Lead a team delivering management reporting for Signify’s leadership; generate insights on P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, portfolios and investments.
• Conduct scenario modeling, sensitivity analyses, and business case evaluation for global investments and strategic initiatives.
• Own the FP&A agenda for central FP&A teams; build capabilities and global frameworks.
• Drive system and tools adoption (ERP, AI, BI) ensuring data accuracy and a single source of truth.
