Job summary

FUUSE, a growing international company, is seeking a Group FP&A Manager with a strong focus on revenue, commercial performance and profitable growth. Based in Amersfoort, the role partners with the Chief Commercial Officer and cross-country sales teams to turn financial insights into actionable business decisions.

You will own commercial planning, budgeting and revenue forecasting across the group, analyse sales performance and work with Commercial on pricing, margins and customer profitability

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A or related experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis experience.
• Commercial insight with revenue management, pricing and profitability experience.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations.
• Hands-on and process-building in a growing organisation.
• Experience across countries; manufacturing/product background is a plus.

For an internationally growing organisation, we are looking for a Group FP&A Manager with a strong focus on revenue, commercial performance and profitable growth.

As the finance business partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will work closely with commercial leaders and international sales teams to turn financial insights into better business decisions.

Your responsibilities

• Own commercial planning, budgeting and revenue forecasting across the Group.
• Analyse sales performance, pipeline, order intake and backlog to improve revenue visibility.
• Partner with Commercial on pricing, sales mix, margins and customer profitability.

What we’re looking for

• 7+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Business Control.
• Strong ownership of budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Proven commercial insight, with experience in revenue management, pricing and profitability.
• The confidence to challenge senior stakeholders and translate complex analysis into clear recommendations.
• A hands-on approach and the motivation to build processes in a growing organisation.
• Experience working across countries; a background in manufacturing or a product business is a plus.

You will report to the Group FP&A Director in a senior individual contributor role with international exposure and direct influence on commercial decision-making.
