Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in the Netherlands seeks a Commercial Finance Analyst to drive financial predictability and strategic insights across FP&A and regional sales partnerships.

You'll lead annual plans, quarterly forecasts, monthly reporting, and develop dashboards to illuminate performance by product, region and channel. Strong Excel, SAP/OneStream skills and US GAAP/IFRS knowledge are required, with Dutch and English as working languages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 3+ years in FP&A, Operational or Corporate Finance.
• Oversight of forecasts, budgets and reporting processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional sales leaders to improve forecast accuracy.
• Support quarterly forecast cycles and identify risks and opportunities.
• Track variances vs plan and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead end-to-end annual operating plan development and consolidation.
• Develop tools and dashboards to evaluate performance across regions and products.
• Apply Lean methodologies to streamline financial operations.
• Support strategic growth initiatives with financial insights.
