Job summary

Hef Associates in Eindhoven seeks a Senior ERP Project Manager / Practice Lead to own end-to-end ERP deliveries and drive a profitable practice. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure value realization for clients.

You will build and scale the ERP practice, mentor consultants, and contribute to proposals, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction across Dutch and international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in ERP implementations, leading projects.
• Strong business and IT process knowledge.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication.
• Experience with leading consulting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex ERP implementations, monitoring scope, budget, risks and benefits.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with ERP suppliers and partners.
• Develop standards, templates, accelerators, and best practices for ERP portfolio.
• Build up ERP practice: capacity planning, coaching, certifications, recruitment input.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, demos, and client presentations; shape scope and budget.
