Job summary

Balt, a growing medical instruments manufacturer, invites a dedicated administrator to join the Urmond office on a full-time basis. You will manage end-to-end order processing, handling documents from receipt to dispatch, and support delivery and compliance paperwork.

You will communicate with customers, distributors and internal teams, coordinate deliveries, resolve back orders, and assist during vacations by backing up colleagues. Fluent English is required; Dutch or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a similar order-fulfillment role.
• Fluent English; Dutch or French is an advantage.
• Customer-friendly and calm under pressure; aims to help quickly.

Responsibilities

• Timely administrative processing of all orders from receipt to dispatch, including delivery notes, invoices, credit notes, certificate of conformity, EUR1, etc.
• Regular contact with customers/distributors, Balt Sales team, finance, quality, demand planning, CEVA and carriers about delivery times, product availability, back orders, prices, sales conditions and possible product complaints.
• Point of contact for returned goods and arrange credit notes and possibly replacement shipment.
• In case of vacations or busy times, substitute a colleague from another region.
