Commercial Operation Specialist (Based in Rotterdam)

You Are Responsible For:- Taking full responsibility for the execution of appointed delivery projects, with a primary focus on maximizing financial results.
- Handling the order process: Collecting, reviewing, and supporting order-intake documents (including signed configuration, Contract Summary, bid win notice, commission form, and related files) to ensure the order conditions are correct, following the order approval and execution process, and placing orders in SAP/SFDC.
- Checking third-party products, bidding fees, commissions, and other reserved fees according to the contract summary and bidding documents under company guidelines.
- Preparing pre-calculations and obtaining approval from the relevant manager and controller.
- Contacting customers or business partner firms to negotiate contract terms and conditions.
- Checking the L/C Application Form as per the signed contract.
- Transferring all qualified OIT files to the order management team.
- Accurately filling in real-time maintenance orders promptly.
- Applying for VAT invoices for all EUB contracts.
- Providing regular order status reports to the sales area manager.
- Coordinating with internal and external audits of the company to ensure audit information is accurate.
- Developing or improving EUB internal process management in different systems.
- Supporting EUB marketing activities, and tracking and providing feedback on their results.
- Performing other tasks/responsibilities assigned by the line manager.
Your Defining Qualities:- Possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance & Accounting, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in verbal and written English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Over 5 years of experience in project/order management.
- Good communication skills.
- Good knowledge of contract law and international and local trade affairs.
- Multitasking skills; conscientious and responsible; able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office; skills in data mining and analysis are an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with great patience and carefulness.
- Team player; customer and result-oriented.
