Qualifications

• HBO level education with practical thinking and problem solving.
• 2+ years’ experience in export, customer care or logistics.
• Fluent English, strong customer service focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with MS-Office and ERP systems.
• Flexible, able to prioritize in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional expertise and service, following Medtronic processes and policies.
• Monitor product and information flows and resolve issues efficiently.
• Strive for the highest level of customer experience and satisfaction.
• Understand customer needs and exceed expectations; build lasting relationships.
• Process orders in ERP (SAP) and manage calls and emails.
• Handle requests, LC issues, and tender documents with accuracy.
• Collaborate with commercial teams and other departments.
