Medtronic zoekt een Export Account Specialist voor een hybride rol in Heerlen. Je werkt 2 dagen op kantoor en de rest vanuit huis, met focus op klanttevredenheid en naleving van processen. Je beheert oproepen, e-mails en documentflow, en verwerkt bestellingen in SAP. Ervaring in Emerging Markets is een pluspunt.

De functie vereist HBO-niveau, uitstekende Engels- en communicatieve vaardigheden, en flexibiliteit in een veranderende omgeving.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional level of expertise and service, applying Medtronic processes, tools, policies and are capable to monitor product- and information flows.

• Process orders in ERP (i.e., SAP) systems.
• Manage all incoming calls, handle all incoming e-mails.

• Have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and can build lasting relationships with customers, commercial teams and partners in other departments and disciplines.

This and more are offered in our Emerging Markets Export department. We are currently looking for a full-time customer focused, pro- active and accurate Export Account Specialist, we ensure excellent quality, swift delivery and ultimately our patients' safety and health!

After your fulltime training period (appr. 3 months) at the office, we expect you to work 2 days (minimum) per week in the office; the other days you will work out of your home office.

As of 1 January 2023, our government has communicated that cross-border employees must be present in the office by 80% of the working hours. Please note that for this position, relocation support is not provided. We are specifically looking for candidates that live within a max. 80km radius of our Medtronic office in Heerlen, the Netherlands.

As Export Account Specialist, you can contribute to the company strategy in the areas of customer experience, strong business growth, operational leverage, and continuous improvement by acting as a responsible, accountable partner with a high commitment towards our customers. Also, you will:

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• HBO work & thinking
• 2+ level years’ experience in export related customer care or logistics environment
• Fluent in English
• Customer service focus
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Computer literacy (MS-Office & ERP Systems)
• Strong sense of responsibility and high flexibility
• Able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment and to deal with stress
• Problem solving skills and Solution Minded

Preferred qualifications include prior experience working with Emerging Markets and/or knowledge of letter of credit.
