Job summary

Medtronic, located in Heerlen, Netherlands, is seeking an Export Account Specialist for a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 2 days in the office and the remainder work from a home office. The role includes processing orders in SAP, handling calls and emails, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

The position requires HBO level education, 2+ years in export/customer care, fluent English, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

HBO level education or equivalent required.
2+ years’ experience in export, customer care or logistics.
Fluent in English.
Customer service focus with strong communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Computer literacy with MS-Office and ERP systems.
Strong sense of responsibility and flexibility.
Ability to prioritize in a changing environment and manage stress.
Problem solving skills and solution minded.

Responsibilities

Provide professional level of expertise and service, applying Medtronic processes and policies.
Resolve issues in a compliant and efficient way.
Strive for the highest level of customer experience and exceed expectations.
Process orders in ERP (SAP) systems.
Manage all incoming calls and emails.
Handle customer requests, complaints, letters of credit and tender documents.
