Job summary

Our client in Amsterdam is seeking a Customer Experience & Event Coordinator to plan and deliver exceptional customer engagements at their Innovation Center. This on-site role is 40 hours weekly, with a temporary agency contract via Grafton CLA ABU and a possible extension or conversion.

Salary up to €3,800 gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance, 25 vacation days, and StiPP pension. Start ASAP; end date 31 January 2027.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hospitality or marketing events experience.
• Customer-facing experience or event management background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong grammar and punctuation.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language not required.

Responsibilities

• Create and shape the customer experience to deliver exceptional engagements.
• Articulate objectives in meeting invites and inquiries.
• Manage logistics, calendar scheduling, catering, and room readiness for engagements.
• Coordinate on-site office/logistics and workplace services for events.
