Jobgether in the Netherlands is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to own transactional emails and automated campaigns across the customer journey. You will drive trial registrations, improve subscription conversions, and strengthen retention through targeted email strategies.

You will work across international markets on localization, content creation, campaign design, and performance optimization, with A/B testing and data analysis guiding decisions.

Formación

• 1+ year of professional email marketing experience.
• Experience with an ESP (e.g., Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, SendGrid).
• Basic HTML email coding or experience with email builders Stripo, BEE, or MJML.
• Understanding of key metrics: open rate, CTR, conversion, unsubscribe, spam.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency with strong written communication.
• Analytical and organizational skills to monitor results and optimize campaigns.
• Attention to detail and creativity in email content and journeys.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, manage, and maintain all transactional email communications.
• Develop and optimize automated email marketing flows (onboarding, conversion, retention, upsell, win-back).
• Grow trial registrations generated through email marketing.
• Design and optimize email templates and layouts; localization for international markets.
• Write engaging English email copy and develop or code email templates.
• Plan and execute A/B tests to evaluate strategies and creative approaches.
• Monitor performance using key metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Research competitors and trends to improve channel performance.
• Collaborate with teams to support product growth and subscription objectives.
