Job summary

ORdigiNAL is expanding its People team and seeking an HR Operations professional to bring structure to our processes across multiple countries. You will own core HR activities, ensure data accuracy in the HRIS, and collaborate with leaders to improve efficiency and scalability.

In this hands-on role, you will work with an experienced HR Manager on performance management, compensation, and change initiatives, while developing towards a broader People Partner function over time.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, HR Coordination or a similar role.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong systems mindset focusing on processes, ownership and efficiency.
• Experience handling day-to-day HR administration and maintaining accurate employee data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare and administer employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Manage HR mailbox and respond to employee and manager questions.
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS.
• Support leave and absence administration.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain data quality.
• Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR questions.
• Follow up with managers to ensure actions are completed on time.
• Document and improve HR processes and workflows.
• Support international People initiatives and projects.
• Participate in HR systems optimization and automation.
