Job summary

Workwize in Amsterdam is seeking a Demand Generation Lead to own paid and organic channels end to end, driving revenue pipeline across multiple segments and messages. You will build and optimize a full-funnel engine, hire and lead a team, and partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and CSM to ensure scalable growth.

The ideal candidate has experience scaling a company from €10M to €60M ARR, runs experiments with clear hypotheses, and uses data to decide what to test, kill, or scale.

Qualifications

• Experience with scaling demand gen in fast-growing companies.
• Ability to tie channel decisions to Stage 2 pipeline and revenue.
• Proven track record in running multi-channel campaigns with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own paid and organic channels end to end, driving SQL output and pipeline.
• Diagnose engine performance across channels, segments, and messages.
• Ship quick wins with live changes while building longer-term structure.
• Audit website performance and optimize landing pages and site structure.
• Maintain 10% MoM growth in Stage 2 pipeline and build segmentation/test framework.
• Launch new channels and messaging tracks with data-driven decisions.
