Q-tech is seeking a transformation leader to steer a multi-country program across Digital Experience, IT, and BI & Data Management. You will guide the group-wide AI initiative, standardise processes, and drive cultural change while embedding data-driven practices into the business.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead ~15 professionals and collaborate with senior leaders to deliver measurable results, with a hybrid work model and international travel as part of the role.

Competenze

• 10+ years in international retail, consumer goods or product-driven companies, with senior roles at group level.
• Proven track record leading business transformation across multiple countries with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with data and the practical adoption of AI.
• Fluent English; Dutch and/or Spanish are a plus.

Mansioni

• Translate business priorities into a focused transformation roadmap as partner to the leadership team.
• Lead change programmes end to end from diagnosis to adoption and continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to build digital skills and new ways of working.
• Build BI & Data Management into a group-wide capability with clear data ownership.
• Lead the AI programme, identifying use cases and enabling responsible adoption.
• Oversee the IT roadmap (ERP, planning tools, infrastructure, cybersecurity) through the IT Director.
