Job summary

Mediq seeks a Program Manager IT to lead end-to-end delivery of major strategic IT programs across its international organization. You will align sponsors, IT teams, workstream leads and partners to deliver tangible business value through phased, governed delivery.

This senior role reports to the VP IT and requires strong leadership, governance and stakeholder management across countries, functions and vendors to ensure measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Approximately 10 to 15 years of experience managing complex IT and business change programs.
• Proven track record delivering multi-workstream, cross-border programs within complex, multi-country organizations.
• Experience managing multi-million-euro program budgets and external partners; good governance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the integrated program plan, roadmap, phases and milestones across all workstreams.
• Lead day-to-day program delivery, manage critical path, dependencies and sequencing between workstreams.
• Structure programs around phased delivery to realize business value throughout the program.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts and cost control; safeguard the business case.
• Ensure benefits are defined, tracked and realized; identify and manage risks and escalations.
• Act as primary contact for Senior Responsible Owner, sponsors and Program Board; provide executive reporting.
• Coordinate architecture, IT delivery and business change to deliver intended outcomes and BAU transition.
