Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Data Management Leader to drive governance, MDM, and data migration across a global, remote-first organization. You will establish stewardship, ensure data quality, and partner with transformation programs and Enterprise Architecture to strengthen data as a trusted asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Management, MDM, Governance, or related disciplines.
• Prior leadership experience in Data Management or Governance functions.
• Strong understanding of Data Quality, Governance, Master Data, and Data Migration practices.
• Experience with ERP programs or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Fluent in English and strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Master Data Center of Excellence and the Data Migration team, partnering with programs and stakeholders to raise data quality and governance.
• Drive Master Data Management, Data Quality, and Governance initiatives across the enterprise.
• Lead the Data Migration Manager and related teams to support ERP programs.
• Establish governance standards, processes, and operational controls organization-wide.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, Architecture, and business teams to improve data ownership and stewardship.
