Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to build and professionalize its portfolio governance across a global innovation organization. You will partner with senior leaders to create visibility, governance and insights that guide executive decisions.

You will drive Planview implementations, dashboards and data-driven storytelling to ensure the right products, software and services are developed to support growth across divisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience within portfolio management, innovation management, product development or governance.
• Experience establishing portfolio frameworks, governance and reporting structures.
• Experience with portfolio management systems, preferably Planview.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with dashboards and Power BI.
• Ability to translate complex data into executive insights and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative across functions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio governance and analytics across the organization.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support portfolio management.
• Set standards and best practices for portfolio management and reporting.
• Provide insights to strengthen product development outputs.
• Lead and mature portfolio monitoring and review processes.
• Design and implement Planview programs and upgrades.
