Job summary

Hef Associates is seeking an experienced Master Data Manager to lead the governance, quality, and optimization of critical master data across the organization. You will support ERP processes, internal controls, and cross-functional initiatives to improve data reliability and reporting.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, stakeholder communication, and a proactive approach to process improvement across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Product Management, and IT.

Qualifications

• Experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or ERP environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and monitor the master data governance policy and standards.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across units and systems.
• Support ERP processes, reporting, internal controls, and audits.
• Coordinate changes to sensitive supplier information and VAT validations.
• Manage user access and role changes in Dynamics 365 BC.
• Lead international rollout projects and process improvements.
