Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Manager of Data Management to lead the Data Management team and establish governance that makes data a reliable enterprise asset. You will drive Master Data Management, Data Quality, and Migration programs, partnering with stakeholders across the business.

The role requires 5+ years in data governance and leadership, with fluency in English and experience with ERP-driven transformations. Hybrid work and international collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Management, MDM, Governance, or related disciplines.
• Prior leadership experience in Data Management or Governance functions.
• Strong understanding of Data Quality, Governance, Master Data, and Data Migration practices.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation or ERP programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Master Data Center of Excellence.
• Drive enterprise initiatives across Master Data Management, Data Quality, and Governance.
• Lead the Data Migration Manager and associated migration teams.
• Support enterprise transformation and ERP-related programs with strong data management practices.
• Establish and maintain governance standards, processes, and operational controls.
• Partner with business stakeholders to improve master data ownership and stewardship.
• Drive continuous improvement in data quality monitoring and governance processes.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, BI, Architecture, and business teams.
• Support implementation of scalable governance and operational frameworks.
• Drive automation and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities within the Data Management and MDM domain.

About The Role

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Data Management, MDM, Governance, or related disciplines
• Prior leadership experience in Data Management or Governance functions
• Strong understanding of Data Quality, Governance, Master Data, and Data Migration practices
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation or ERP programs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, fluent in English
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and governance processes
• Experience with automation or AI-enabled data management capabilities is an advantage
