Job summary

Hans Boodt Mannequins is seeking a Customer Support Employee to act as a vital link between Sales, Projects, Purchasing, and Logistics from our Zwijndrecht HQ. You will manage your own region, process orders, and handle inquiries while coordinating with purchasing and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

You will interact daily with international customers and partners, bringing a proactive, customer-friendly approach and a knack for multitasking in a dynamic, fashion-forward environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of work experience in a commercial and international environment.
• Passion for fashion is a big plus.
• Ability to work with different departments and international colleagues.
• Customer friendliness and positive attitude.
• Ability to keep an overview and work in a structured way.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems: S4 is a plus.
• Fluent Dutch and English; Dutch lessons offered if only English speaker.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customers globally, owning your region.
• Process customer orders in the system.
• Follow up on questions, special requests, and feedback.
• Coordinate delivery times and planning with purchasing and logistics teams.
• Communicate daily with international customers, partners, and the sales team to smooth the sales process.
