Job summary

Hans Boodt Mannequins seeks a Head of Logistics to lead the Shipping department and drive the global flow of goods from inbound to outbound. You will collaborate with teams across the world, including China, and manage various transport modes.

Based in Zwijndrecht, you will connect with Buying, Sales, Finance, Customer Support and Warehouse. The role requires 5+ years in logistics in an international setting and at least 2 years of leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in logistics in an international environment.
• 2+ years of proven leadership experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems: S4 is a plus.
• Ability to work operationally and think strategically.

Responsibilities

• Head the Shipping department and oversee international projects.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Finance, Customer Support and Warehouse.
• Monitor costs, service levels, delivery times and exceptions.
• Ensure timely response to process issues and improvements.
• Prepare invoicing for Finance and report weekly to COO.
