Job summary

OPPLE is seeking a Customer Service Officer based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. You will be the first contact for customers, handling orders in SAP from entry to invoicing and ensuring a smooth journey from order to delivery.

You will coordinate with Sales, Logistics and 3PL partners across Europe to resolve issues promptly, keep data accurate, and maintain strong customer relationships. Requires 2+ years in customer service with SAP experience and fluency in English and German.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service or order management.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP is a big plus.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a bonus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for customers and salespeople.
• Process and manage orders in SAP from entry to invoicing.
• Maintain accurate master data, pricing, and product information.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and transport to track/deliver orders on time.
• Keep customers and sales teams informed throughout the process.
• Resolve issues to ensure customer happiness.
