De Monchy Natural Products BV in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, seeks a Customer Care Officer to join our international team serving the EMEA region, delivering value at every touchpoint.

You will review, process, monitor, and route orders; handle inquiries about pricing, certifications, and availability; and develop product knowledge to offer tailored solutions while coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and operations.

Qualifications

• College (MBO) or Bachelor (HBO) in business, marketing, economics or related field.
• Experience in sales with understanding of the sales process.
• Affinity with food industry, preferably commodities/ingredients.
• Familiarity with relevant rules, regulations and standards.
• Understanding of international logistics and incoterms.
• International experience, professional or academic.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; German/French/Spanish welcome.
• Comfortable with standard office tools.

Responsabilités

• Review, process, monitor, and route purchase and sales orders accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle sales order administration, customer complaints, material returns, and credit notes with precision and timeliness.
• Respond to customer enquiries on pricing, availability, certifications, MSDS documentation, and more.
• Develop deep product knowledge to understand each customer’s needs and deliver effective, tailored solutions (an exceptional customer care).
• Manage deadlines and coordinate workflows to keep operations running smoothly.
• Support the Sales and Marketing teams throughout the commercial process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve processes and tools.
