Job summary

Fugro seeks a Senior IT Business Analyst – CRM to shape Fugro's global CRM landscape and revenue operations. You will connect senior stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance and IT and translate needs into a global CRM blueprint and execution roadmap.

Based in Nootdorp, you drive standardised CRM platforms with regional configurability where justified, lead D365 transformation, and ensure a measurable business value while balancing local needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of business analysis, CRM transformation and multi-region D365 implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of D365 CE, Dataverse modelling and global-template design.
• Experience with BRDs, fit/gap analyses, user stories and test cases; familiar with Power Platform/Power BI; basic SQL for KPI validation.
• Proactive, self-managing, excellent communicator across regions and functions.
• English fluent; additional languages advantageous; Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certs preferred; ITIL/ITSM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management, training and adoption; mentor BI team; advise C-level and senior stakeholders.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; align Sales, Operations, Finance and IT to a harmonised global direction.
• Own current-state analysis and requirements to map end-to-end revenue lifecycles across regions and lines.
• Validate KPI framework and forecast accuracy across regions.
• Guide delivery of D365 CE/Dataverse artefacts: BRDs, fit/gap analyses, user stories and solution blueprint.
• Translate blueprint into build-ready functional specs and user stories for a single global D365 CE platform.
• Shape global CRM template, data model, and localization; manage regional variations backlogs.
• Specify integrations to regional ERP/finance systems; address multi-currency/language/time zones.
