HIH Real Estate is seeking an experienced real estate professional to manage international commercial portfolios, including office, retail and logistics assets. The role emphasizes negotiation with tenants and service providers, plus driving ESG and sustainable strategies.

You will work across Europe with a focus on German and international markets, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset and strong accounting awareness to budgeting, reporting and portfolio optimization.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in business administration and/or commercial training with additional real estate qualification (e.g. real estate economist).
• Several years of professional experience in real estate; ideally asset management for European portfolio properties.
• High level of entrepreneurial thinking and teamwork; openness to working with other cultures.
• Confident appearance, assertiveness and strong negotiating skills.
• General understanding of fund accounting processes and requests.
• Very good MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Fluent in English and Dutch; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Management of international commercial properties with focus on office, retail and logistics.
• Select and manage service providers in real estate, including network development.
• Manage letting processes and negotiate lease terms.
• Provide active support to major tenants.
• Develop and implement sustainable property strategies including ESG criteria.
• Take on building owner role in expansion and modernization measures.
• Identify cost drivers and implement innovative, sustainable solutions.
• Prepare budgets and business plans; report and control for the portfolio.
