Job summary

JD Property is expanding its European acquisition and investment team from Amsterdam. You will build and manage a logistics real estate portfolio, collaborating with leadership and regional teams to drive growth across Europe.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in real estate investment, strong financial modeling, and experience in UK/European markets. English is essential; Chinese is a plus. You will source deals, prepare memos, support asset management, and liaise with brokers and lenders.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in real estate, finance, business, accounting or economics.
5+ years real estate investment experience with a strong underwriting track record.
Experience in UK and other European markets is a strong plus.
Advanced financial modeling for complex real estate projects and capital structures.
Strong communication skills and cross-border collaboration experience.
Professional English required; Chinese language skills desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

Source new deals and develop financial models to evaluate potential investments.
Prepare investment memos for Investment Committee and manage due diligence.
Support asset management and monitor portfolio performance post-closing.
Coordinate with brokers, lenders, appraisers, and JV partners.
Provide market research and underwriting assumptions for strategic directions.
