Job summary

Nebius Group is seeking an execution-focused Project Manager to join the Cyber Security PMO in Amsterdam. You will own delivery of complex security initiatives from initiation to deployment, collaborating with global stakeholders across Security, IT, Eng, Legal, Product and Privacy to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Office-based role in Amsterdam, Netherlands, with responsibilities spanning project management, reporting, risk handling, and governance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on project management experience in cross-functional environments.
• Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Deep proficiency in Jira for task/epic management, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong decomposition skills to break objectives into executable workstreams.
• Experience coordinating across global teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-domain security initiatives through full project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts (plans, RAID logs, decision registers).
• Decompose programs into clearly defined phases with accountable timelines.
• Manage tracking, scheduling and portfolio visibility with accurate reporting.
• Produce status reports for Head of PMO, CISO, and senior leadership.
• Maintain regular cadence of reporting across active projects.
• Adapt communication to technical and executive audiences.
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders across Security, IT, Eng, Legal, Privacy, Finance.
