Job summary

SmartBuyGlasses Optical Group, operated by Motion Global Ltd., is seeking a senior Brand Marketing leader to own content, PR, and SEO initiatives at a global scale. You will guide two in-house specialists and partner with merchandising, influencer, and creative teams to build a powerful brand narrative and strong organic growth.

This role emphasizes editorial excellence, large-scale collaborations, and a strategic approach to branded search lift, growth in new markets, and revenue contribution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience running Content, PR, or Brand Marketing at a recognised consumer, fashion, or lifestyle e-commerce brand.
• Direct ownership of commercial outcomes and growth metrics.
• Proven track record with macro collabs, partnerships, or licensing.
• Experience placing tier-1 media coverage in fashion, lifestyle, or business outlets.
• Experience with SEO-driven content programmes and non-brand traffic growth.
• Strong collaboration with merchandising, influencer, and creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial outcome of Content and PR: branded search growth and revenue impact.
• Lead a small team: PR, Copy, and Content Specialists; set priorities and cadence.
• Establish fundamentals: press releases, editorial, content strategy and hygiene.
• Develop house-brand collaborations with influencers and designers.
• Build a diversified earned media footprint across tier-1 and niche outlets.
• Drive partnerships with sports, culture, and community initiatives to boost visibility.
• Oversee on-site content architecture: pages, hubs, guides, and localization.
• Coordinate SEO-driven content production and internal linking across 30+ markets.
