Job summary

Mambu is seeking a Brand and Content Leader to define and drive our global brand and content strategy. You will lead a cross-functional team, shape messaging, and ensure consistency across channels to support acquisition, engagement, and retention while building global brand awareness.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Campaigns, and PR to deliver high-quality content and campaigns, while managing external agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing and strategy, preferably B2B SaaS, with a focus on brand management and content strategy.
• Strategic thinking to align brand and content initiatives with business goals.
• Experience in developing brand strategies and overseeing their implementation to differentiate the brand in the market.
• Proven track record of leading integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive growth while ensuring budget optimization and visual identity consistency.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing external agencies and content development teams.
• Strong leadership skills to mentor team members and foster collaboration.
• Energetic team player with ability to work across markets and geographies.
• Excellent communication in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop and implement brand strategy with Marketing Director and cross-functional teams.
• Own global content strategy aligned with objectives and audience preferences.
• Define content goals to engage and retain audiences; oversee multi-format content creation.
• Drive social media content production to engage a global audience; collaborate on campaigns.
• Develop and execute PR strategy with PR Manager and Analyst relations.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure content and brand consistency.
• Interface with Product to gather and develop content; align with campaigns.
• Lead and mentor brand and content team; manage external agencies and freelancers.
