Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Growth Strategy Director to lead media strategy and content leadership for one of our most complex accounts. You will own the media narrative, steer the agenda across brand and performance, and act as the senior client contact.

You will connect disciplines and drive high‑impact campaigns on an international scale. You will balance long‑term strategic vision with hands‑on leadership, guiding teams through multi‑stakeholder environments while delivering tangible business

Qualifications

• Senior media strategist with agency experience.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex accounts.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Able to navigate political corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior media lead and content figurehead for the client, owning the media narrative and strategic direction.
• Steer the overall media agenda, ensuring consistency and ambition across brand and performance activities.
• Serve as the primary senior point of contact for media strategy with client stakeholders.
• Present clear, persuasive strategies to senior client management.
• Take hands‑on leadership of large, high‑impact campaigns and ensure timely, quality delivery.
