Job summary

Adyen’s Amsterdam-based Global Marketing studio seeks an experienced team lead to steer the writing arm of the Studio. You will plan and coordinate content productions from brief to launch, and shape a global content strategy translating complex product propositions into clear, actionable narratives for our audiences.

You will mentor a matrixed team, ensure on-brand voice, and collaborate with global marketeers to meet commercial goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience directly leading content teams.
• Ability to distill complex technical subjects into meaningful stories, collateral and messaging.
• Brand thinker with understanding of strategy, brand positioning, and persuasive creative.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the production of content projects from brief to launch in collaboration with the Studio Leadership Team.
• Develop and own our global content strategy aimed at translating complex product and commercial propositions into easy to understand, memorable experiences that drive action with our business target audiences.
• Lead, inspire and mentor a matrixed content team, reviewing, editing, and conceptualizing work that is on-brand and aligned to our commercial goals.
• Be a guardian of the Adyen tone of voice and content related guidelines, responsible for evolving these in accordance with business needs.
• Collaborate closely with our global marketeers and local markets to understand their content requirements, turning these into actionable plans and creative activations.
• Work with agency partners and freelancers to deliver a consistently high standard of creative work.
