Job summary

Movion is seeking a Content & Partnerships Manager to lead partnerships and coordinate product integrations for our MOVION team. You will manage partnerships, migrate products, and support cross-functional projects across markets, ensuring smooth progress and commercial alignment.

You will work closely with commercial, technical, operations, and marketing teams in a hybrid Amsterdam setting, driving initiatives and optimizing content-related collaborations.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, partnerships, account management or a similar role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• The ability to understand technical concepts and coordinate with development teams without needing to code.
• A hands-on attitude: you take ownership of follow-ups and see tasks through to completion.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects, building partner relationships, and solving problems independently.
• Nice to have: experience in digital products, subscriptions, mobile services, or the content industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing content providers and technology partners, including day-to-day communication, commercial follow-ups and negotiations, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate content integrations, product migrations, launches, and updates across markets.
• Work closely with commercial, technical, operations, and marcom teams to ensure projects progress smoothly.
• Monitor content costs, follow up on invoices and pricing, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Manage project timelines, documentation, outstanding actions, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate marketing and branding initiatives, including website updates, presentations, social media, and events.
• Track project progress, prepare internal reports, and support process improvements.
