Job summary

Moovv Health BV is seeking a Creator Partnerships Manager to own and scale our Europe-wide UGC creator program. You will recruit, onboard, and manage creators, build strong relationships, and develop briefs with our Strategic team. The role focuses on performance-driven growth and scalable processes.

You’ll coordinate content briefs, timelines, and feedback loops, while collaborating with Creative, Performance Marketing, and E-commerce teams to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in UGC, influencer partnerships, or creator management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Experience managing multiple creators and projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage UGC creators across Europe.
• Build long-term relationships with creators and grow the community.
• Develop clear briefs with Creative Strategists.
• Manage creator communication, planning, timelines and deliveries.
• Review content and coordinate revisions; provide feedback.
