Job summary

Hilti Nederland BV is seeking a Strategic Project Manager for Global Logistics Systems to shape the Integrated Project Management landscape and drive Lead2030 strategy. You will lead global initiatives from concept to deployment, partnering with business and IT to design scalable solutions and deliver value across the Large Projects ecosystem.

The role requires balancing vision with execution excellence, aligning processes, systems, data, and adoption across regions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a global environment with stakeholder management and senior leadership influence.
• Experience with business development; enterprise project management and ERP platforms such as SAP, Primavera, Salesforce, MES.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, improvement, and standardization of end-to-end processes across project execution, fulfilment, material management, and prefabrication.
• Align and influence senior stakeholders across functions, regions, Global IT, and external partners to define strategic priorities.
• Define and drive the multi-year roadmap for Integrated Project Management capabilities supporting Hilti's Large Projects business.
• Lead global deployment and adoption activities, ensuring change management, governance, and market readiness.
• Translate business strategy into scalable process and system capabilities across technology, operations, and organizational goals.
• Lead evaluation and selection of software solutions, develop business requirements, assess vendor capabilities, and build business cases.
• Design end-to-end business and system capabilities spanning opportunity management, planning, engineering, fulfillment, manufacturing, logistics, and reporting.

What You’ll Bring

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in a global environment; exceptional stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across global matrix organizations.
• Experience with business development;
• Experience with enterprise project management, ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, or project execution platforms (SAP, Primavera, Salesforce, MES, or similar).
• Ambition to grow into a leadership role in the future.
