Qualifications

• Master’s degree in structural/civil/mechanical engineering with strong modelling skills.
• Several years of experience delivering engineering work on complex projects.
• Proficiency with CAD tools, design software, and BIM workflows with codes/standards.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to translate requirements into solutions.
• Structured working style with time management and ability to perform under pressure.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to coach, support, influence others.
• High learning agility, curiosity and commitment to development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full engineering scope for international projects, ensuring technical excellence and compliance.
• Supervise and approve deliverables from Design Engineering teams, ensuring accuracy and alignment.
• Provide expert technical guidance to customers, discipline specialists, and stakeholders.
• Develop design guidelines and inputs for modelers with high quality documentation.
• Drive QA/QC processes across engineering activities and ensure adherence to methodologies.
• Coach and mentor Lead Engineer roles and contribute to broader engineering capability.
• Build relationships with regional and global counterparts to foster collaboration.
