Job summary

Hilti is seeking a Project Execution Manager (PEM) to drive the execution of large, complex construction projects in an international setting. You will coordinate across Engineering, Bid & Proposal, Contracting, and Fulfillment, translating requirements into structured work packages and maintaining the project plan with global stakeholders.

Based in the Netherlands, you will lead cross‑functional execution, mentor PEM1 roles, and collaborate with global teams on international projects.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Experience managing large construction projects with a solid PM track record.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as the execution counterpart to the CPM, coordinating PMO activities across Engineering, Bid & Proposal, Contracting, and Fulfillment.
Translate complex requirements into clear work packages and maintain the internal project plan with CPM and global stakeholders.
Forecast and align resource needs across multiple projects to ensure the right expertise is available.
Lead task prioritization, internal project communication, and cross-functional coordination for high-quality execution.
Identify and mitigate project risks with the CPM to ensure stability and customer satisfaction.
Mentor PEM1 roles and newer Project Execution Managers to build a strong team culture.
Manage change documentation and ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Monitor scope, changes, quality, team performance, and financials; define improvement actions.
