Job summary

Logitech is seeking a strategic Head of Global Commercial Business Finance Operations to drive performance, pricing discipline, and process transformation across the Global Commercial Organization (GCO). This role partners with Commercial Finance and Sales to optimize revenue and profitability on a global scale.

You will own pricing frameworks, channel revenue management, SOX control oversight, and the development of global processes and tools.

Qualifications

20+ years in finance and sales operations, global scope
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Proven leadership of cross-functional teams across geographies

Responsibilities

Develop and monitor KPIs for global sales effectiveness
Design, implement and analyze global sales compensation plans
Lead pricing strategy, rules and discounting guidelines
Manage global pricing processes and price list communications
Oversee pricing tools and systems for accuracy and usability
Lead channel revenue management and GTN processes
Maintain SOX controls and approval matrices globally
Oversee sales operations, analytics, territory management and quota administration
Drive business finance process transformation and automation
Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-regional team
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT and other stakeholders
Manage strategic projects aligned with GCO goals
