Job summary

iChoosr, based in Amsterdam, seeks a Chief Financial Officer to join the Global Management Team and drive our international financial strategy. You will lead finance across multiple countries, shaping growth and financial planning for a scaling, mission-driven business.

You will head a Finance, Accounting & Compliance team of seven, oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and a modern ERP rollout, while maintaining ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• Executive-level finance leadership with a track record of scaling operations.
• Experience across multi-country, multi-currency environments.
• Hands-on with ERP implementation and finance digital transformation.
• Strong governance, risk, and compliance mindset including ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Management Team collaboration on strategy and growth planning.
• Steer Finance, Accounting & Compliance with a 7-person team; oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting.
• Oversee selection and implementation of a modern global accounting tool.
• Translate financial metrics into actionable insights for board and MT.
• Ensure security, privacy and regulatory governance across entities.
