Job summary

Syneos Health in the Netherlands is seeking a Clinical Trial Lead to join the global team as Project Manager (CTL) for sponsor-dedicated studies. You will lead interdisciplinary trial teams, ensure GCP compliance, manage timelines and budgets, and maintain TMF quality. Travel approx. 25% and strong client communication are essential.

You’ll partner with customers to deliver study milestones, generate project reports, and contribute to bid defenses as needed, within a fast-paced CRO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing or equivalent.
• CRO experience and regulatory knowledge preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to ensure quality, timelines and budget.
• Ensure studies comply with GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Act as liaison between sponsor and company; manage TMF.
• Prepare management reports and attend meetings.
• Develop contingency planning and risk mitigation.
• Develop relationships with clients to generate future business.
