Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Lead in the Netherlands to oversee sponsor-dedicated studies, ensuring GCP compliance and timely study launches, conduct, and closeout according to contractual agreements. You will drive cross-functional collaboration and lead project teams to meet quality, timelines, and budget goals.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, global CRO experience, and the ability to travel about 25%.

Qualifications

Bachelor level qualification in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or equivalent.
CRO experience and therapeutic exposure preferred with knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time independently.
Ability to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership and Delivery: manage a project as project manager across interdisciplinary clinical research studies.
Primary liaison between Company and Customer to ensure timely study launch, conduct, and closeout.
Lead project team to ensure quality, timelines and budget management.
Accountable for financial performance and coordinating study conduct partners.
Ensure studies comply with GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements; maintain TMF quality.
Maintain study information on databases and systems; support inspection readiness.
Plan, coordinate and present at meetings; prepare management reports.
Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies; build client relationships.
