Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Study Manager (Oncology) / Senior Project Manager to lead sponsor-dedicated studies across the EMEA region. You will drive cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage timelines and budgets for complex oncology trials.

In this role, you will partner with customers to launch, conduct and closeout trials, while mentoring project staff and ensuring high-quality deliverables. A dynamic, globally oriented environment awaits at Syneos Health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in CROs and oncology trials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership and Delivery: Manage a project as Project Manager ensuring GCP/SOP compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Lead clinical team to ensure quality, timelines and budget management across studies.
• Accountable for financial performance and all project deliverables for assigned projects/regions.
• Coordinate activities of conduct partners and proactively identify and manage issues.
• Prepare management reports and implement risk mitigation strategies to meet goals.
