Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to support global sponsors from home-based locations in Bulgaria, Spain, the UK or Poland. The role focuses on planning, execution and vendor oversight across multinational trials.

You will manage timelines and budgets, ensure study deliverables, and coordinate cross-functional teams. A minimum of five years leading multinational trials is required, with oncology/hematology/immunology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• The Senior Clinical Trial Manager will review and contribute to clinical trial documents and manuals.
• The role includes evaluating and selecting investigative sites and feasibility.
• The candidate will coordinate, monitor vendor activities and review monitoring reports.
• The Sr CTM will develop and manage trial timelines, budgets and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage trial timelines, budgets and priorities.
• Ensure clinical trial supply plans are implemented and managed.
• Develop recruitment plans, risk mitigation plans and contingencies as required.
