Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Amsterdam region is seeking a Senior CRA to join a hybrid team, with regular office days. The role involves on-site and remote monitoring to ensure GCP compliance and high-quality data across sponsor studies.

You will perform site qualification through close-out visits, manage IP and ISF/TMF, and train junior CRAs. Fluency in Dutch and prior monitoring experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN is required.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
• Previous monitoring experience.
• Fluency in Dutch.
• Able to work from the Amsterdam region office.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (on-site or remote).
• Verifies informed consent procedures and protects subject confidentiality.
• Reviews source documents and CRFs for accuracy and completeness; manages queries.
• Provides guidance to site staff; trains junior CRAs and supports site staff.
• Supports audit readiness and participates in sponsor meetings as required.
