Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in the Netherlands is looking for a proactive line manager to expand the FSP360 team. You will lead customer delivery, manage a multifunctional group, and ensure compliance with GCP/ICH guidelines while fostering strong client relationships.

You will work remotely in the Netherlands, travel up to 25% as needed, and contribute to growth by attracting and retaining talent. Strong leadership and Dutch/English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or nursing with related experience.
• Extensive clinical research experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotech company.
• GCP/ICH guidelines knowledge is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch.
• Ability to travel up to 25% is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct interaction with customer points of contact on service delivery; foster trust and satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day activities of multifunctional team; ensure KPIs and compliance.
• Coordinate resource availability and resolve resourcing conflicts.
• Solicit customer feedback for continuous improvement of service delivery.
• Communicate/escalate customer issues as needed; ensure SOP/WIs adherence.
