Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Sales and Account Management to service clients.
• Optimize client servicing processes to improve satisfaction.
• Coordinate onboarding of new direct fund clients and distributors.
• Oversee third‑party fund service providers and transfer agents.
• Monitor commitments to clients and respond to day‑to‑day inquiries.
• Support processes for onboarding, contracts, subscriptions, redemptions and reporting.
