Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm, accurate communication exclusively within the official Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context, and assist clients with platform navigation while adhering to compliance limits.
• Queue and SLA management: Prioritize unread client threads, maintain SLA disciplines, and conduct authorized proactive outreach.
• CRM administration: Maintain accurate, timely client notes within the system while avoiding unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & compliance: Identify red flags, complaints, security incidents, or matters outside authorized boundaries per policy.
