Job summary

Citi is recruiting for a Senior Corporate Banking professional in Amsterdam to deliver superior onboarding, implementation, service coordination and credit management within Global Network Banking. You will be the central contact for clients and internal partners, driving efficient operations and strong relationships across multinational clients.

The role emphasizes KYC ownership, end-to-end client onboarding, and support across SAMs, RAMs, PAMs with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in client management or a related role within financial services.
Sound Banking and Services product knowledge and understanding of operational processes and KYC/AML regulatory requirements.
Experience in managing credit requests and coordinating with internal credit teams.
Proven track record of resolving client issues and improving operational processes.

Responsibilities

Maintain professional relationships with client representatives.
Support SAMs, RAMs, and PAMs in origination activities and identify low-complexity opportunities.
Contribute to business campaigns including account planning and wallet sizing.
Manage credit requests in coordination with internal teams and monitor credit lines.
Own the end-to-end onboarding experience from CRM requests to post-implementation follow-up.
Serve as the primary contact for escalations and track client feedback.
Act as the designated KYC owner for a portfolio of clients and maintain accurate client profiles.
