Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam is seeking a Global QMS Digital Process Manager to shape the to-be QMS processes, lead the build and deployment of a cutting-edge digital solution, and drive change across the organization.

You will partner with IT, SMEs and external vendors, design scalable architecture, sign off on new processes with global, regional and local teams, and steer training and communications to ensure a smooth adoption of the new system.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in managing FSQ transformation projects.
• 3+ years experience on Quality Management System / ISO 9001:2015 implementation and/or maintenance.
• Proven experience in process design, system implementation, and deployment of digital solutions globally.
• Hands-on experience with change management practices in a global or cross-functional environment.
• Familiarity with SSO QMS tools and software platforms (like Siemens, Veeva, ETQ).
• Familiarity with Food Safety & Quality Global standard system, as BRC, FSSC, or other GFSI recognized scheme.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools would be high value asset.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-starter, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Leadership capabilities, with experience in leading change and supporting through transitions.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the design and implementation of QMS processes and digital solutions.
• Work with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure processes meet global standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee digital solution development, architecture, and deployment with IT and external vendors.
• Lead change management and training efforts to ensure adoption of the new QMS solution across the organization.
• Coordinate UAT and sign-off of new processes with global, regional and local teams.
