Job summary

Atos is seeking a Bid Manager to lead end-to-end bid processes, coordinating technical, legal, and commercial inputs to craft compelling, contract-compliant quotations. You will ensure on-time submissions and high-quality proposals in a fast-paced, international environment.

Role requires Dutch language proficiency and English, with opportunities to leverage AI-driven bidding tools and grow within a collaborative team across the Netherlands region.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid management, proposal management, project coordination, sales support, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to coordinate inputs from different teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to managing complex information.
• Ability to understand and work with commercial, contractual, and pricing information.
• Strong proposal-writing and editing skills, turning inputs into clear customer-facing content.
• Commercial and customer-oriented mindset focused on delivering competitive, value-driven proposals.
• Proactive, independent worker who can collaborate across teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Dutch is mandatory; English is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end bid process from demand receipt to final quotation submission.
• Review customer demands, identify requirements, and seek clarification as needed.
• Understand contract requirements and pricing to support competitive proposals.
• Break down scope of work and coordinate tasks across teams.
• Coordinate contributions from technical, legal, commercial, and other stakeholders.
• Consolidate inputs into a coherent, timely, and contract-compliant quotation.
• Ensure proposals meet customer requirements with quality and value.
• Oversee approvals within the account team and wider Rainbow group.
• Monitor bid progress, deadlines, decisions, and outcomes.
• Capture lessons learned to improve bidding processes.
• Contribute to modernization of bidding approaches with AI-driven tools.
