Job summary

SSR Personnel Ltd. is seeking a Bid Estimator for our Amsterdam-based team. You will manage detailed pricing and take-offs for security projects, from small adds to major bids, with site surveys and collaboration with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience with integrated electronic security systems including CCTV, alarms and access control.
• Experience pricing projects across international markets (EMEA/APAC).
• Strong commercial and analytical acumen is essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and interpret client requirements to develop accurate bids.
• Manage and improve standard bid processes for high-volume opportunities.
• Prepare detailed take-offs and measurements for security projects.
• Obtain competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Lead and coordinate bid/tender activities with the sales team.
